Who is she?

Tave Cole R.Ac completed her Acupuncture studies at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine in Toronto.

Prior to studying Chinese Medicine, Tave studied Western Herbology at Wild Seed School of Botanical Medicine; Seed, Soil, Spirit School; and under the instruction of Danette Steele.

Tave learned NADA ear acupuncture from Ani McKinnon at the Institute of Traditional Medicine and has been providing free NADA treatments for people impacted by the Overdose Crisis since 2021.

Tave approaches her Acupuncture practice from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, de-colonizing lens. She welcomes people who experience stigma and discomfort in healthcare or wellness settings due to biases such as fat-phobia, stigma around substance use or poverty, racism, disability, queer and transphobia.

She believes healthcare should always be collaborative and consent-based and is committed to offering her services on a sliding scale.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested in working with Tave and cost or location is a factor.
